Jim Rutherford and William Doyle, brothers at Musselburgh’s Lodge St John Fisherrow 112, recently presented a cheque for £250, on behalf of the master Brian Ritchie and lodge members, to Lewis Keddie, local manager of Blue Triangle Housing Assoc
The East Midland Chapter has recently been distributing money that was raised at our annual National Rally. This is a weekend hosted by a different Chapter each year. It was our honour to co-host with the West Midlands Chapter last July. The Rally is a weekend event where members from across the UK, and even from abroad get together and party. In total this event raised £18,000. East Midlands are distributing half and West Midlands the other half.
Mr Savage said: “The new heaters we now have installed mean that our facilities are much nicer for the children and they can focus on their activities to obtain their badges and #skillsforlife.
In late 2019, Terrigal Surf Life Saving Club approached Freemasons again, requesting assistance in purchasing another IRB, as their current IRB, the ‘Freemason I’, was now five years old and a new IRB design had been proven to be more appropriate to surf conditions in their area.
