The committee meeting and half yearly convocation of The Provincial Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Glasgow will take place on Monday 23rd May. The committee meeting will commence at 6.30pm followed by the convocation at 7.30pm within the Masonic Centre, 101 Clifford St, Glasgow, G51. Please note all committee members not able to attend should submit a prior apology and arrange for a substitute to represent the chapter as all chapters must be represented. The Grand Superintendent would also like to extend an invitation to all office bearers to attend. I would at this time draw your attention to bye-law 12.7. Any Chapter who has business relative to Provincial Grand Chapter should submit it via the chapter Scribe E.
