Kings Court Masonic Lodge in Gillingham have made a donation of £500 in memory of their late member, Norman Higgins whose Granddaughter is a Trustee of DRCSC.
Dorset Rape Crisis Support Centre is an independent, charitable organisation supporting people who have been affected by rape or sexual abuse. their aim is to provide confidential, practical and emotional support to anyone who has suffered sexual violence or rape or is supporting a victim.
They offer a range of free services including a telephone helpline, counselling service and Independent Sexual Violence Advisors who can give sensitive and practical help and advice.Charity Steward, Roger Knight said ‘Norman was a loyal and supportive member of the lodge for many years and it was felt that after a presentation made to the Lodge that we should try and support the DRCSC in their efforts in his memory.’
