The South Wales Freemasons have donated 3,000 face visors to more than 100 hospitals, GP practices, care homes, hospices, prisons and schools across south Wales.
The South Wales Freemasons have provided £22,500 to supply cooked meals to those in need and food to foodbanks during the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
The provision of tablet computers to hospitals throughout South Wales will help keep families connected and help keep patients entertained during their stay in hospital.
The items were donated as a response to the Amazon patient wish list set up by Hywel Dda University Health Board’s official charity.
The Freemasons’ purchases of much-needed pyjamas, loungewear, dressing gowns and underwear – nearly 1,000 items in total – will be used to help patients at hospitals throughout the Hywel Dda health board area.
