WBro Richard McMillan formerly of Sandbach, Cheshire, celebrated his 100th birthday at the Prince Edward Duke of Kent Court RMBI Care Home at Stisted near Braintree, Essex where he resides with his wife Ethel. Forty members of his family joined him at the Stisted Home to help celebrate his birthday.

Crewe Lodges supports Local scout groups

Members of two Craft lodges South Cheshire 5571 and Crewe 5030 have made a substantially contributed to help St Andrews Scout Group, based in Crewe, purchase a new Standard which will be presented to them by the Bishop of Chester at a special Service on 25 September to commemorate 100 continuous years of Scouting

The Annual Provincial Golf Tournament – The Ted Barker Memorial – was again held at the Portal Premier Golf Club, Tarporley on Wednesday 1st June 2016. The event, organised by Tarporley Lodge No 5431 and was a Fourball, Betterball, Stableford.

On Wednesday 1 June 2016 Tarporley Premier Golf Club hosted the South Cheshire Masonic Golf Annual get-together a group who provide Wheel Chairs for disabled children. Following an exhausting 18 hole game played at this picturesque course members attended their Annual Dinner.
