SELBY Freemasons are helping to send a local girl on a summer camp adventure holiday, thanks to a £350 donation.
Bethan Meadley, who lives near Selby, suffers from Global Development Disorder, a condition which causes severe learning difficulties meaning that she cannot read or write, loses concentration and cannot be left unsupervised.
A WHITEHAVEN dancer heading to a world-famous ballet school has received a helping hand.
It was indeed a great pleasure to witness the work being done by a small team of dedicated teachers at ASADIS in Los Gallardos this morning. They look after and develop children with ‘special needs’ such as autism. The Mojacar Freemasons came together and presented 1,000 euros to this very worth while charity which will be used to purchase materials and equipment to further their work next term.
Our Solent Area FITC team were in action over the weekend when they attended the H.M.S. Sultan Summer Show in Gosport. This is one of the Royal Navy’s main shows of the year and FITC were delighted to be allowed to attend. With so many ex-service personnel in our lodges it’s always good to be able to continue to support our armed forces.

he brethren of Bedford Lodge No. 320 and Everett Lodge No. 524 recently made donations to the Everett Recreation Board and to the Everett Sportsmen’s Club’s Junior Rifle Club. Each lodge donated $250 to each of the organizations.
