John and Cathy are pleased to announce that they have been able to book the Chichester Park Hotel, Chichester for a ladies festival over the weekend 28 – 30 October 2016.

As is our usual custom, we will be having a grand raffle, with lots of realty super prizes.
The charity chosen is the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance. I am sure you will agree this is a worthwhile cause. It costs £250,000 a month to keep the helicopter flying and they receive no lottery grants, relying on charity to cover the costs. They have flown over 11000 sorties to date and helped save numerous fives. AM proceeds from the event will go to them.
So, what’s on offer?
The Chichester Park Hotel is about 1 mile from Chichester, with a bus stop outside the Hotel If you don’t fancy driving. There are museums, gardens and Chichester Cathedral Etc. There is car parking at the front and rear of the hotel ( about 100 spaces ).
The rooms on offer are twin , doubles, a number of family rooms, also singles ( first 5 do Not pay a supplement ). Please note that rooms wilt be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Itinerary
Friday 28*- Arrive after 2pm and settle in.
3 course dinner (7-8.30pro) with a choice of three at each course and musical entertainment in the evening , including a fun quiz.
Saturday 29*- Breakfast and day at leisure, also the use of the Leisure Club which is free.
6.30 • late Ladies’ festival with 5 course banquet, music and dancing ‘til late. There will be a raffle with some really superb prizes, with all proceeds going to the Essex Air Ambulance. We’re sure you will agree this is a worthwhile charity. A photographer will be avaHabte for a record of you in all your Finery if you wish.
Sunday 30th – Breakfast. Departure by midday.
What’s the cost?
We have the following options available:
Option 1 Full weekend, to include Friday night with entertainment and evening meal; 2 nights bed and breakfast; Saturday evening festival with banquet , music and dancing; optional Sunday lunch. AN for £165 per person. Child (12-16) sharing with 2 adults excluding banquet £55.
Option 2 Saturday night banquet and 1 night’s B&B for £95.00per person.

Option 3 Adult banquet only £45
Child banquet (under 16, limited courses) £19
Option 4 Additional nights B&B @>£37.50 per person. If you require this option

How do I book?
Simply complete and send the booking form below to John and Cathy Dixon, together with a non-returnable deposit of £25 per person. The earlier you can do this the better please, as it will help us estimate numbers and sort out table plans. Please note that the balance must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the event (by 30th September 2015). This should still give you plenty of time to save upl
If you require to be seated at a table with other friends, please add a note to that effect in the ‘special requirements* box. It would be helpful if a ‘table head* is appointed and their name included on the forms of each of the party to ensure you all sit together. You may, of course, simply submit one form to cover all your guests. In that case, we will need a list of their names and any Masonic rank if applicable.
Table sires can be eight or ten Let us know how many in your party and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
As you will see, we have a great deal for those who want or need to bring the Kiddiewinks.
If you have children staying with you, and you want them to come to the banquet, don’t forget to add the banquet cost in. Thus, for a 12-16 year old the total price would be £74.
