Sussex Masonic Charitable Foundation Chairman Michael Harris said: ‘As Sussex Freemasons we are proud to be able to support the work of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution at each of the eight lifeboat stations along the beautiful Sussex coast.
Freemasons have donated 50 litres of hand sanitiser to Essex Search and Rescue, a team of 63 volunteers who help to find missing and vulnerable people.

In December 2016 the Grange Community Bowling Club, through the Bank Terrace with King Oswald Lodge, successfully applied for an ELMC Grant of £740 to upgrade their disabled toilet facilities. At a ceremony on Sunday, July 16, the Freemasons of Orient Lodge presented a dedicated rescue ski entitled ‘The Boy Ian’, named in memory of former Master of The Lodge, Ian Paterson.
