A Special General Meeting of the Masonic Benevolent Fund of South Wales is to be held at the Masonic Hall, Coychurch Road, Bridgend, CF31 2AP on Monday 12th December 2016, commencing 11:30am
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the business outlined in the Agenda below.
- To Resolve that a sum not exceeding £300,000 be subscribed to the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution (RMBI) to be used for the purposes of the construction of a dedicated Alzheimer’s support unit and day room at the Albert Edward Prince of Wales Court Masonic Home at Porthcawl and that the signed receipt of the Secretary, Treasurer, or any other officer of the RMBI shall be a good receipt and discharge.
- To make any or further resolution as may be necessary to give effect to paragraph 1 above.
- To deal with Any Other Business.
