On Saturday 25th June 2016, a seminar was held at the Sittingbourne Masonic Centre for Group 3 coordinators (Sittingbourne, Sheerness and Wigmore lodges). The seminar, led by Group 3 Chairman  Richard WIngett, assisted by Assistant Provincial Grand Master Roger Waltham, focused on the benefits of effective group management in encouraging better cooperation between lodges through the sharing of information and best practice.

Twenty two Group 3 coordinators from the Almoner, Chapter, Charity Steward, Mentor and Media offices attended the morning seminar and found it extremely beneficial. Individual thoughts, feelings and experiences were shared and the way ahead was more clearly defined for the benefits of the both the Group and the Province.

Appreciation was given to Richard and Roger for leading the morning, and especially to Neil Hancock of St Michael’s Lodge for organising the excellent refreshments, for which all were very grateful.
