THE year got off to a good start for a children’s charity after a kind donation from an Ardrossan organisation.
Members of the Ardrossan Freemason’s presented Barnardo’s Scotland with a cheque for £3,000 with the money raised at a charity Sportsman’s Dinner held on December 1, 2018.
James Addie, who helped to organise the event, was on hand to present the cheque following the successful event with John ‘Bomber’ Brown and Jim ‘Buller’ Reid last month.
