James Thompson Lodge No: 3653, met at Clifton Road, Birkenhead on Thursday 22nd September 2016. The main business of the evening was to ‘Initiate’ Mr. John Jamie Harvey into Freemasonry. The brethren of the Lodge displayed a high standard of Masonic Ritual, lead by the IMP W.Bro. Keith Evans, which was only slightly eclipsed by the presentation of the ‘Working Tools’ by the Junior Warden, Bro. Michael Niblock and the ‘Ancient Charge’ delivered by the Senior Warden, W.Bro. Philip Wright.

A contingent of brethren from Phoenix Lodge No: 3236, were present to witness the superb Ceremony, but also to deliver into the safe keeping of James Thompson Lodge, ‘The Lost Apprentice’. Phoenix Lodge had looked after ‘The Lost Apprentice’ for 12 months until James Thompson showed an interest.
All Lodges are reminded that they too can claim ‘The Lost Apprentice’ when James Thompson Lodge has been its custodian for 3 regular meeting. Please refer to ‘Rules of Engagement‘.
