London Masons through the Masonic Charitable Foundation have helped fund a new Assistive Technologist for Ambitious about Autism charity who enable young people with complex autism to communicate more effectively through technology.
More than 60 children receive speech and language services through the center’s Rite Care Clinic, according to Pam Holland, chair of the university’s Department of Communication Disorders. Holland said she was initially worried about how the global pandemic would affect their ability to continue to provide scholarships for children and families who need it most.
