Earlier this summer the South Cheshire Masonic Golf Society (SCMGS) took part in a golfing day designed to have fun, raise funds but most importantly, donate more specialist wheelchairs to grateful recipients and their families. A wonderful afternoon was had by the Cheshire Masons and partners, the residents, staff and committee members of the home, with all proceeds raised during the event going towards further projects within the Tithebarn’.
£126.00 was raised for the TLC, by raffling a large bear, a sum of over £630.00 was raised for Local Charitable Causes, including Tam O’Shanters Urban Farm, who also supported the event
On Wednesday 26th July Cheshire Freemasons were invited to the opening of a fully refurbished bathroom and Wet room at Claire House Children’s Hospice at Clatterbridge on the Wirral. The Red Ribbon was cut by Colin Ross the Provincial Grand Charity Steward who was accompanied by Assistant Provincial Grand Masters for Areas 1 and 2
