Friends of Scarbrough Court latest news
On Saturday 11th June 2016, Mrs Kathrine Storey presented a cheque to the Chairman of the Association of the Friends of Scarbrough Court, W.Bro Ken Wake for the superb amount of £1040. This had been raised by participating in this years London Marathon and came from private donations as well as collections from various Northumberland Lodges. Bro Foster Innes, her father and manager collected all the donations personally. W.Bro Donald Auld, Assistant Provincial Grand Master for Northumberland presented Kathrine with a gift of flowers and she then made a suitable reply.
Scarborough Court is the RMBIs nursing home, situated in the Province of Northumberland, but providing help and support for the brethren of the Provinces of Cumberland and Westmorland, Durham and Northumberland.
