Freemasons donate to Parkinsons UK Bury Support Group

At the Teddy Bears Picnic at Hewlett Court on Saturday July 1st, Bury District Charity Steward, Steve Holland, joined the Provincial Grand Master, Sir David Trippier, and Lady Ruth Trippier, in presenting a cheque to the Parkinsons UK Bury Support Group.

The cheque was for the grand amount of £610. Pictured from left to right are Steve Holland, Joanna Mawdesley, Parkinsons UK Bury Support Group Treasurer, Alison Jennings, the Group Coordinator, Sir David and Lady Ruth.

I think we need to acknowledge the amount of work our Charity Stewards, District and Lodge, perform behind the scenes. They are doing a fantastic job and long may it last.
