St Michael’s Lodge is Stone’s masonic lodge where members of of the Freemasons meet and organise fund raising activities for local as well national causes.

The Endeavour Youth Club is a dedicated youth club for children with special needs or disabilities.  Aimed at children between 5 and 14 years old the group arranges trips and activities for its members from the Frank Jordan Community Centre on Lichfield Street.

Peter Tinsley, the chairman of Endeavour Youth Club, said “This donation will really help us to support the children and parents who come along each week.  At the moment we don’t have a concrete plan for the money but we’d like to look into maybe a camping trip and some more activities for the children.”

W.Bro John Gleave explained ” W. Bro Giuseppe Termine  as Lodge master identified Endeavour Youth Club as a suitable beneficiary for our fund raising efforts.  All funds are raised within the organisation through our regular fund raising events and we support local as well as national causes.”
