East Midlands Chapter of the Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association Distribute Funds to Local Charities

The East Midland Chapter has recently been distributing money that was raised at our annual National Rally. This is a weekend hosted by a different Chapter each year. It was our honour to co-host with the West Midlands Chapter last July. The Rally is a weekend event where members from across the UK, and even from abroad get together and party. In total this event raised £18,000. East Midlands are distributing half and West Midlands the other half.

Older carers in crisis will be helped with a £52,000 grant thanks to Nottinghamshire Freemasons

Nottinghamshire Freemasons Festival raises over £2.6 million for charity

Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice has received £3,357 from Mansfield Freemasons

Bluebell Wood supports around 250 children and young adults with life-threatening conditions each year. Its wide-ranging services include end of life treatment and care, music therapy, counselling, sibling support groups, home visits and much more. It costs more than £4 million for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice to keep its doors open each year and 90 per cent of this needs to be raised through community and corporate fundraising.
