The aim is to raise funds for the Suffolk Provincial Festival 2019 in support of the RMBI by selling shares which will be entered in to 9 draws commencing January 2015.
£20 per number per year. 1st Prize up to £250. 9 draws of 4 prizes per year starting in January 2015
Half of the income generated will be returned to shareholders as cash prizes, the other half will be donated to the Festival fund. The value of the cash prizes will depend on the number of shares sold at the date of the draw.
The cost of each share is £20 (twenty pounds) and this entitles you to a unique number allocated at random on receipt of your completed form. There is no limit on the number of shares purchased. Shares/numbers can also be purchased by friends and family as long as they are over the age of sixteen and even Lodges.
To take part you simply complete the attached form and return with a cheque payable to ‘festival2019’ for £20, or a multiple of £20 according to how many numbers/shares you wish to purchase, before 31st December 2014 to the address at the bottom of the form. This entitles you to participate in the draws for 2015 and you will receive back by email your
allocated number(s).
The second section of the form is a standing order mandate and by completing this your membership to the 500 club will automatically be renewed each year on 31st December for the following years until the festival. Alternatively, if you do not wish to complete a standing order you can simply send a cheque each year before 31st December to renew your membership for the following year.
Draws will be made in the months of January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November and the final draw in December and will consist of up to 4 prizes according to the value of the monthly prize fund. Draws will be made using ‘Tumbling Tom’ our unique number generator.
Winners will also be notified by post.
