The three million pound fund is being administered by the Masonic Charitable Foundation, which obtains all of its funding from Freemasons, their families, and friends. The Freemasons of Cornwall have donated £25,000 via the Masonic Charitable Foundation Grant to the Cornwall Blood Bikes charity, after it received the most votes in a countywide public poll

Thanks to this remarkable donation, the charity is buying a brand new 1200cc BMW response bike and two further second-hand bikes upgrading its ageing fleet that runs throughout the year in all weathers.

The Masonic Charitable Foundation are delighted to announce that the Charity Grants Committee has approved £450,000 for hospices across England and Wales. In total, the Masonic Community has awarded over £12 million to the hospices since 1984 through the Masonic Charitable Foundation.

Talbot House has been supporting the families of people with learning disabilities in Manchester since 1976.

It started as a play scheme organised by four parents of children with complex needs. The play scheme was a success but the parents quickly realised that the biggest positive outcome was that they were able to share their experiences and support each other in a way that no other service could.
