Fleetwood Masonic Hall Ladies Committee hosted their annual Remembrance Day Sunday lunch at the hall on the Esplanade, and yet again this event was a huge success.
Roast beef with all the usual trimmings was the order of the day, with one or two opting for the salmon alternative. A most generous portion of sticky toffee pudding was to follow.
The Ladies Committee put in a lot of hard work and they raise a considerable amount of money with all the events that they host throughout the year. Today’s raffle was well supported and raised the magnificent sum of £152, which will be going directly to the Royal British Legion.
The next event they will be hosting is the Annual Christmas Party at Fleetwood on Saturday December 5th, to which all are welcome.
