Provincial Grand Lodge of Middlesex Craft Annual Meeting 2016 – Timings
The 146th ANNUAL MEETING OF PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE will be held on:-
Tuesday, 10th May 2016
at:- Freemasons’ Hall,
Great Queen Street,
London WC2B 5AZ
The Pro Provincial Grand Master R.W.Bro. Alastair Mason will preside over the meeting.
1.45 p.m. – Rehearsal for those new Master Masons who have been selected to carry Lodge Banners
2.45 p.m. – Doors Open
Brethren must complete and sign the Attendance Register before entering the Temple.
Active Provincial Grand Officers designate must collect their Active Rank Jewel and Rank Card from the Active Officers’ Registration Desk outside the Grand Temple before the meeting.
First Appointments and Promotions for Past Provincial Grand Officers designate must collect their Rank and Seating Card from the Registration Desk outside the Grand Temple before the meeting.
3.00 p.m. – Briefing for Current WM’s (wearing Master’s Collar) taking part in procession
3.15 p.m. – ALL to be seated, unless part of processions
3.45 p.m. – Provincial Grand Lodge will open
7.00 p.m. – Dinner in the Grand Connaught Rooms
MORNING DRESS or DARK LOUNGE SUIT
Middlesex Provincial, Craft, Royal Arch or plain black tie, white collar and white gloves.
Brethren, including Grand Officers, should, if possible, wear Full Dress Regalia.
Masters and Wardens of Lodges in the Province will wear the appropriate Collar and Jewel.

Brethren to be Invested Present & Past – In the Past Grand Officers’ Room – Gt Queen St entrance
ALL other Brethren – In the Main Cloak Room – Entrance under the Tower
Grand Lodge has advised “The South, West and North seating areas on the lower level of the Grand Temple have been fitted with an ACOUSTIC LOOP. Brethren with impaired hearing sitting in these areas are advised to select position ‘T’ on their hearing aids”.
