Freemasons make donation to The Devon Freewheelers Emergency Voluntary Service

The Devon Freewheelers Emergency Voluntary Service, also known as the Devon Blood Bikes, are volunteers who help the NHS by delivering blood and other medical samples such as Covid-19 test samples and medication to hospitals, air ambulances and other NHS establishments throughout Devon.

East Lancashire Hospice received £3.4k grant for essential patient communications – East Lancashire Freemasons

The East Ribble District Charity Steward Malcolm Roe, recently submitted an application for £3400 towards supporting a technology need at East Lancashire Hospice from the newly formed Regional Communications Groups. These Masonic Groups are leading the response to COVID-19 on behalf of United Grand Lodge of England and the Masonic Charitable Foundation.  The Provinces that are in the same RCG as East Lancashire are West Lancashire, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man. 

Freemasons donate over $40K for families served by MU Speech and Hearing Center

More than 60 children receive speech and language services through the center’s Rite Care Clinic, according to Pam Holland, chair of the university’s Department of Communication Disorders. Holland said she was initially worried about how the global pandemic would affect their ability to continue to provide scholarships for children and families who need it most.
