Basil Brockhurst of Basil’s Taxis in Market Drayton has already offered Clive £500 towards Blind Veterans UK if he (Clive) can stay sober between 4th February and 18th March (in the kindness of his heart he excluded St David’s Day from the bet).
Clive has already received further sponsorship to watch the 2017 Six Nations rugby tournament wearing an England shirt. This he will do in the King’s Arms, Market Drayton with a glass of lemonade at his side!! All monies raised will go to Blind Veterans UK.
