Elmley Castle Lodge, Ladies Night, Chateau Impney, Droitwich Spa
A magnificent night at the very impressive Chateau Impney Hotel, for our Master Peter and his Wife Madeline to host a most successful Ladies Evening. The event which took place within the majestic ballroom of the original Chateau building was much enjoyed by everyone. An excellent meal of the highest quality followed by dancing until carriages at Midnight.
An excellent toast to the ladies proposed by W Bro Mike Dykes was well received and which, coupled with an equally elegant response from Madeline, drew very warm applause before the distribution of the ladies gifts.
W Bro Peter Foulds, on behalf of Madeline, highlighted some of the aims and achievement of “Winston Wish” a children’s bereavement charity which Madeline had chosen as the beneficiary of tonight’s charity appeal.
Peters appeal was most successful, a table collection raised £1,500.
