Three Aberdeen charities have been handed cash injections after generous donations by a Masonic lodge.
The Lodge of Aberdeen No. 1 ter. gifted £500 each to Mental Health Aberdeen and poverty charities AberNecessities and Aberdeen Cyrenians.
Master of the lodge Michael Reid said: “Members of the lodge all agreed that these donations would be an excellent way to put something back into the community and show support to some local causes which are close to our hearts.”
Representatives of each charity received the money in person and offered their thanks to the lodge’s members.
