Cheque presentation to Maryport Girls & Boys Club
The Worshipful Master, Bro Michael Thompson, and members of Alauna Lodge No.8808, paid a visit to Maryport Boys/Girls Club recently to present a cheque for £250 in support of all the dedicated work the Club do for the youth in the area.
It was hoped on this occasion that the Worshipful Master would present a cheque to his Brother, Mr Brian Thompson who has been club President for the past 49 years, but sadly, because of family illness, Mr Thompson was unable to be in attendance, and the cheque was presented to Mr Mark Nicholson Club Chairman.
