London Mark Annual Meeting Thursday 14th July 2016

This will be a really exciting meeting with the Installation of a new DPGM W. Bro. Thomas Quinn, two new APGMs W. Bro. Clifford Sturt and W. Bro. Timothy MacAndrews plus the appointment and promotion of many very deserving Provincial Grand Officers.

The meeting starts off at 2pm in Freemasons Hall with a fanfare of music and welcomes all Distinguished Brethren. This will be followed with rapturous applause by a Delegation of Nonagenarian Brethren, the Worshipful Masters of all the London Mark Lodges, the Worshipful Commanders of all the London Royal Ark Mariner Lodges and finally the Newly Advanced London Mark Master Masons, the Newly Advanced Brothers present will all receive a special lapel pin to mark the occasion.

The summons which contains a full agenda can be downloaded from the top left hand side of this page under Also See.

Our very own Provincial Grand Master, Right Worshipful Brother David Ashbolt will preside and during his address will update us all on what has happened over the previous 12 months and what exciting plans he has for the next 12 months within the Mark Province of London.

After the meeting, dinner will be served in the Balmoral Suite of the Grand Connaught Rooms, the non smokers amongst us will take the secret underground passage leading from Freemasons Hall directly to the Connaught Rooms. The cost of the meal including a glass of wine at the pre-dinner reception is only £48.00. The menu for the evening with options for everyone has been specially selected by V.W. Bro. Vince Driver.

The booking form and menu can be downloaded from the top left hand side of this page under Also See.

A great time will be had by all especially those Lodges that can organize a table of 10 made up of members and guests from the same Lodge, in such cases the Executive will buy your table a bottle of port.

This is a very special meeting not to be missed, it will definitely be worthwhile getting a few friends together and booking a table.

The PGM is looking forward to seeing very many old and new friends and is hoping for a bumper turn out.
