“The Hospice at home care and respite breaks to the Children’s Hospice really do provide a life line to families in this area and we were more than happy to champion this great cause.
“We were absolutely delighted to know that our donation will pay for a respite break for a local child and their family and thank everyone who supported the quiz night.”
Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice Community Fundraiser Catherine O’Hara said; “On behalf of everyone at Children’s Hospice, I would like to thank the Lodge members, their friends and family.
“This money will pay for a much needed respite break at Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.
“Every pound locally raised will have a positive impact in ensuring we continue to provide specialist palliative care for the children, young people and their families.
“Last year we cared for 300 life-limited children living across Northern Ireland. It is thanks to the generosity and support of the people of Northern Ireland that we are able to do this.”
