Freemasons have donated £1,900 to Welsh Mountain Zoo to help feed the animals during these unprecedented times.
This crisis is one of the worst the National Zoo of Wales has ever faced in its 57-year history. With 140 species to care for and reduced running costs still in excess of £118,000 per month, the National Zoological Society of Wales needs support.
No visitors to the Zoo means no income for the Charity.
Freemasons Steve Cooper, Group 4 Secretary, said: “Thank you to all Group 4 Freemasons for their generous support, in particular St Melyd’s Lodge & Dinorben.”
