Freemasons Samaritan Lodge hold their Sunday Luncheon to great Benefit of Charity

Samaritan Lodge under the chairmanship of Worshipful Master Sebastian Daly held their Annual Sunday Lunch at Haslington (Crewe) Golf Club on 11 December 2016. Over 100 members, family and friends attended to partake in a splendid Festive Luncheon prepared by Chef Sandra finishing with the traditional selection of gorgeous sweets all hand made by Sandra and her team of girls. The afternoon was topped off by a massive raffle, Heads and Tails under the effervescent Ron Evans and Carols by the Silk Brass Band. What an Luncheon, with gargantuan slices of Turkey mountains of vegetables and the traditional Haslington Sweet Table you could not move from you seat after the meal.

Worshipful Master Sebastian and his team of helpers amassed £855 for Sandbach Talking Newspapers and thanked everyone for their tremendous support, what an enjoyable afternoon, no-one wanted to go home, the brass band kept on playing , members and guests just kept on enjoying themselves.

Well done Samaritan Lodge, we all look forward to next year’s extravaganza.
