FOOD and household goods to help families in need were delivered to Queensway Primary School earlier this month.
The school was given two pallets of goods which will be used to help families in the community.
Chevin Lodge of Freemasons has been working with Lincolnshire based charity His Church to bring the initiative to Yeadon. Each pallet costs £240 and provides goods worth £1800. The Freemasons are paying for the first two pallets, which are being supplied by His Church. Goods from the pallets will be used by the school to provide additional free breakfast clubs, as well as a ‘pay as you feel’ stall.
