Oswaldtwistle Mills Pound Day Volunteers for Child Action NW

Volunteers from East Ribble District recently provided support to Child Action North West Pound Day event that was held at Oswaldtwistle Mills.

The first day was spent setting up the gazebos and stalls. The Provincial Trailer was in attendance on the second day and the volunteers rotated between manning the trailer, collecting on behalf of the charity and keeping the grounds tidy. The day ended with some unfortunate inclement weather during packing away but this did not spoil the enjoyment of the volunteers.
