Through the funding of the Derbyshire Freemasons and in conjunction with the support of Derby Theatre, a nearly packed house of local school children, most whom have special needs, together with their teachers and carers, were invited to attend a relaxed performance of Alice in Wonderland.
Some of the schools from further afield received free transport to and from the theatre and all were treated to an ice cream at the interval.
The pantomime was obviously enjoyed by all with text messages of thanks being received within only a few hours of the finish.
This is the second year that this joint venture has taken place and negotiations are already ongoing for January 2018. To see a little more of the evening just click here
