The Urban farm is run by the Tam O’Shanter Cottage Urban Farm Trust (Reg. Charity number 505444), made up of trustees from the Birkenhead History Society, the Wirral Urban Farm Association and local Councillors.
The Trust aims to preserve the historic, thatched Tam O’Shanter cottage and use the farm for public enjoyment and education.
