New Zealand Freemasons Moving public ceremony commemorating ANZAC Day

Lodge Arawa brethren attended the Empty Chair ceremony conducted by lodge Kaimanawa on the 26th of April.

It was truly an honour to remember brethren who had fallen and served their countries throughout the world.

Of special mention was the attendance of WB Don Wilson Master of Lodge Apanui, mention was made that Don was 1 of 5 WW2 veterans who marched at ANZAC Day parades in Whakatane. Much respect to you and your comrades Don!

We honour all veterans for the sacrifices they made to allow us to live as we do……Lest We Forget!
