Masonic Neckerchief for Lincolnshire

Permission has been granted by the Provincial Grand Master for Lincolnshire for the wearing of a neckerchief,  similar in design with other Scouting Lodges who are within The Kindred Lodges Association group.

Bro Mark Smith introduced the proposed design which has been agreed with our Provincial Grand Master, incorporating the Lincolnshire colours.  The Lodge number will be included in the finished product.

This was agreed unanimously at the meeting of Rudyard Kipling Lodge No 9681, knowing it is to be worn by Scouters and non members of the movement.  There is a long list of special occasions when it is to be worn.

Bro Mark Smith is a keen member of the Lodge but his day job is with the RAF and in his spare time he is Deputy District Commissioner Lincoln District Scouts, married with one son.
